All returning Singaporeans, Singapore permanent residents and foreigners entering Singapore are required to submit their Singapore Arrival Card with health declaration online via the SGAC e-Service before arriving in Singapore.
All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arriving in Singapore, except: Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and; Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders entering via land checkpoints.

Arriving travellers can submit their personal information, trip details and health declaration through the SG Arrival Card e-Service at the ICA website or via MyICA mobile app within three days prior to the date of their arrival in Singapore.
You can update your arrival information in the SG Arrrival Card e-service via 'Update a Submission', provided the record has not expired. Please note that the arrival information you have submitted for each trip will expire:- i) after the date of the arrival; or. ii) after you have made your trip, whichever is earlier.

If you are using the MyICA Mobile App, you may view the updated SGAC record under 'Individual Submission' or 'Group Submission' section found under the mobile app SGAC module at any time.

You can submit the SG Arrival Card via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ or through " MyICA " mobile application that can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Please refer to entry requirements for more information on entering Singapore.
