The National Silver Academy (NSA) subsidy aims to encourage and support seniors in lifelong learning by broadening the learning options and breaking down barriers to provide affordable learning. Courses supported by NSA are in areas which are more life-skills-oriented.
Short Courses. Short courses can range from 3 hours to as long as 12 weeks. The short courses touch on a wide range of areas including both life-skills as well as work-skills. Topics covered by the courses include, but are not limited to, business, media, IT, health and wellness and the arts.
