What followed was a wonderful walk through the downtown area during which Alan pointed out numerous works of public art and architecture- what a delight! Alan, a retired schoolteacher who loves to tell stories and provide interesting facts, also showed us a couple of secret passageways and back entrances that were eye-opening.
