The Autopass Card serves as an electronic Vehicle Entry Permit for foreign-registered cars and motorcycles and is used to record your vehicle’s entry into Singapore and to pay all entry and exit fees when your vehicle is brought out of Singapore. Autopass Cards are non-transferable.
