A hospital in a provincial town is the setting for the story of Anna, a nurse (Kinga Preis) and Leon (Artur Steranko) who is in love with her. The woman doesn't even notice her strange admirer. He drugs Anna with sedatives and creeps into her flat at night. As he watches the sleeping woman, he feels joy at the sight of her and at her closeness.
FOUR NIGHTS WITH ANNA explores the amour fou of a crematory worker. Leon falls in love with a nurse and obsessively tries to get close to her. He ends up drugging her with sleeping pills and sneaking into her room through the window.
