Out of these 148 tiles , each individual has to form the best combination of tiles using only 14 of them.
Singaporean Mahjong uses 148 tiles unlike the usual 144 tiles. The additional 4 tiles comes from the Animal tiles. Circles, Bamboos, Characters, Winds, Dragons and Flowers tiles make up the rest of the 144 tiles.
