I’m very much a storyteller, from dancing, to acting, illustrating, scriptwriting, and then directing. There was always a story I wanted to express, in all these different forms. Even as a patissiere, every creation brings forth a story. Once Upon a Time, that’s how most stories start.
What The Fudge. The brownie that started it all. Once Upon A Time turns one in May and we thought this would be the best time to bring it back. Celebrating our first year with #WTFudge feels right. We believe brownies should be fudgy, if not we’re better off eating chocolate cake.
