Sal Viscuso (born October 5, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York) was one of two regular public address announcers in the series M*A*S*H. The more commonly-heard voice was that of actor Todd Susman. Some sources also list Viscuso as the PA announcer in the film M*A*S*H*, though this is not accurate.
Opportunities presented themselves rapidly, and Sal made his film debut in the classic The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974). An introduction to Burt Metcalfe, associate producer of the iconic series MASH (1972), led to his move to Los Angeles, and soon Sal was a regular on NBC's sitcom The Montefuscos (1975).
