I just woke up from a nap and I was going to shift to my dr, and I just ended up dreaming about my s/o and other people from the dr. I've been having lots of lucid dreams too. Like, I know my subconscious is aware I want to live my life in that reality, I just don't shift?
The problem is that some people have lucid dreams in the morning right after waking up and falling back asleep, confusing these with astral projections. However, a solid astral projection (one that doesn't end in 5 minutes) should be induced through meditation or dissociation while wide awake.
