  7. Late Spring is probably the best of the 3 films here, but the Floating Weeds / Story of Floating Weeds edition is wonderful as it gives you a sense of Ozu’s style at different moments (30s and 50s) and in different modes (silent b/w and color). For the money, I think that’s the pick.
