Here, while it may not be the best school in terms of academics, it has a great student and extracurricular life.

Jun 6, 2024 · West Forsyth was awarded the No. 13 seed in the West for the NCHSAA Class 4-A tournament and played No. 20-seed and rival East Forsyth in the first round. West Forsyth won that game 4-3, but it lost at No. 4 Northwest Guilford 2-1 in the second round to end its season.
