Starlux Airlines (Chinese: 星宇航空; pinyin: Xīngyǔ Hángkōng; Wade–Giles: Hsingyü hangk'ung, styled STARLUX Airlines) is a Taiwanese full service carrier headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, which operated its first flight from Taipei to Macau on 23 January 2020.

Aug 12, 2021 · Taiwanese luxury airline startup STARLUX has announced that it will commence service between Singapore and Taipei from 23 September 2021. This is a particularly exciting development, given the airline’s premium branding and the fact that Taiwan is a likely candidate for SHN-free travel once Singapore reopens its borders in September.

Jan 14, 2020 · In its marketing, Starlux has all the trappings of a luxury carrier, starting from its slogan, "Born to be luxury, Shining like stars." The Starlux logo features two wings forming an S for Starlux, along with the north star, a tribute to Chang Kuo-wei's father.
On 1 June 2023, STARLUX began flying between Taipei and Singapore with its top-of-the-line A350-900 aircraft, adding First and Premium Economy Classes into the mix. Notably, this makes STARLUX the only airline to operate an ultra-premium First Class cabin between Singapore and Taiwan.
