Fastbacks are a pop punk band formed in 1979 by Kurt Bloch, Lulu Gargiulo and Kim Warnick. They have released several albums and singles, and have reunited multiple times since their 2001 breakup.
Some models, such as the Ford Mustang, have been marketed explicitly as fastbacks, often to differentiate them from other body styles (e.g. coupé models) in the same model range.
