Outram Secondary School is a co-educational government secondary school in Singapore. Founded in 1906 as Outram Road School, and later Outram School, it is one of the oldest schools in Singapore. It is also the only government school in Singapore to have a swimming pool.

On 1 January 1954, Outram School became a secondary school with a four-year Commerce course leading to the School Certificate of Commercial Education of the London Chamber of Commerce. In 1958, Outram School started admitting girls and became a co-educational school.

The National School Games ‘C’ Boys Water-Polo Competition (July 8-22, 2024) marked the first collaboration between Outram Secondary and Singapore Sports School, forming the SSP-OSS team. The team excelled, making it to League 1 and securing top 4 positions after defeating strong opponents.
