Feb 16, 2023 · My solution in the original game was to use Archers to take them out, but with the weird new military mechanics that's impossible. Dec 15, 2016 · Patches for both the Pharaoh [www.wsgf.org] and Cleopatra [www.wsgf.org] versions of the game are available from the Widescreen Gaming Forum. To use the patch, replace the default Pharaoh.exe in the game directory, with the one that corresponds to your desired resolution, and then select 1024x768 resolution in-game.
Jul 28, 2024 · My impressions now are lethality favors aggressiveness and maneuver more, while no lehtality option favors more a defender, people who like to use shieldswalls, reckless advance etc. Honestly I've been pivoting between them from campaign to campaign. I wonder what others views are, who may have tride both ways and played a few campaigns. < 1 2 >.
Apr 18, 2020 · I dont think you can zoom, but you can switch to a smaller screen resolution (640x480) to give bigger buildings and citizens. But it will have the same font size. So far there is no way to increase it. I can't remember if this game has a zoom in out function. anyone know if it does and the shortcut for it?
Feb 17, 2023 · It looks like you can reliably service houses at a distance of up to 40-45 tiles, which seems a lot more than the 26-ish range for most service walkers I remember from the original game. Forced Walkers aside, this might open up some new options for larger self-contained housing blocks.
