School visits are welcomed for prospective students. Please phone the school office on 06 765 6039 to make an appointment. Enrolment forms for new students can be downloaded here or they can be collected from the school office.
Given our curriculum changes at Stratford High School in 2025, with the introduction of the Puawai course for all year levels, this means that students now pick five subjects to study in Year 11, 12 and 13.

Option Selection Option selection occurs midway through the year, for the following year. Students at all levels make module/subject selections. Year 9 and 10 choose 10-12 modules each year.Years 11-13 choose their subjects for NCEA. School Jackets Students are able to purchase a plain, black Kukri jacket through the student office. The jackets must be paid for before ordering and will have an 8 week turnaround.
Stratford High School operates a 10 day timetable. There are 5 one-hour periods per day. Each Wednesday period 1 is a Utility period. This is used for Assembly and House activities.
