I've only just noticed - The energy bar that was above the graphic of the car on screen - the one that changed from black - consumption to green - recovery has disappeared. 14.6 downloaded and installed today - has it gone with that or have i just not noticed until today? I did ...

  3. Feb 6, 2015 · There are two pages on energy display. Main one graphs energy consumption over the last 5, 15, or 30 miles. You can select which. It also shows a projected remaining range, which is either computed based on average of last 4, 15, or 30 miles.... or "instantaneously" based upon your consumption at the moment. That is also selectable.

  4. Jul 13, 2024 · The Energy Boost upgrade available for me is only 30 miles. I see some getting 50 miles. I was hoping for 50 miles. What is the difference in battery pack? Also some people say to charge to 95% and it's like getting the upgrade for free. So does Tesla battery warranty (100k miles for the RWD) take into account if you are charging 95 to 100% ...

  5. May 27, 2024 · Like many changes similar to this it’s probably about dumbing down things for regular drivers coming from gas. While it makes sense to those of us familiar with Teslas and enthusiasts, most regular people don’t want to be confused by anything extra. In terms of regen this is likely also why they made brakes-compensating-for-low-regen the ...

  6. EPA mileage not matching energy screen. I have a MY standard range and the EPA states that I should get 244 mi @ 260wH/mi. However, when I check my energy graph screen, it shows that the rated wH/mi line is about 220wH/mi. Normally, a lower 220wH/mi would mean that the car is more efficient.

  7. Feb 15, 2016 · The triangle indicates that the car is limiting either regenerative breaking or acceleration. This could be due to cold temperatures or a very high or very low state of charge. If the limitation is due to cold, the triangle and the power limitation will go away as you continue to drive and the battery warms up. TSLC.

  8. Mar 31, 2016 · Energy that is transformed from kinetic to electric by the regen goes back to the battery, with some portion lost in heat as the system cannot be 100% efficient. The 70% factor that is presented includes both accelerating (battery electricity -> kinetic energy) + regen (kinetic -> electric in the battery) efficiency so just the regen part will be more efficient than 70%.

  9. Apr 1, 2021 · Aug 20, 2022. #1. I am a little confused with PG&E True-up Detail of Bill and Conditions. My True-up bill will be due in Nov, 2022. My most recent statement through August 09, 2022 shows a Cumulative Energy Charges or Credits for -830.40. PG&E says "Following the True-up, generation credits and usage history are reset to zero and energy credits ...

Disappointed to learn that they now keep all the solar renewable energy credits (SRECs) and do not allow the owner to retain them, which some customers in this forum were able to do in earlier threads.
