Sep 30, 2020 · Time to Leave Alerts not working So I have tried all the recommended solutions available here in the community back and forth. But the time-to-leave alerts are simply not working. I set a calendar appointment with the correct address (it shows up on the map inside the appointment and is found in Maps) - but the alert just is never showing up.
Aug 24, 2024 · Some users have problems with the "Time to leave" alert in Calendar on iPhone. Aside from enabling Location Services the newer firmware (upI'm on 17.6.1) you need to enable "Travel Time" on the actual event in Calendar just under the Start and Ends times. Oct 3, 2023 · My Time To Leave choice on calendar events is still disabled even though my location based alerts are turned on, and Calendar has access to location while using and precise is on. This was the case in ios16 I think it started but still is disabled after updating to IOS17
Aug 29, 2022 · Choose a future departure or arrival time: Tap Leaving Now (near the top of the route card), select a time or date for departure or arrival, then tap Done. Select which transit method you prefer: Scroll to the bottom of the route card, then select your preferences.
May 10, 2023 · Time to leave for iPhone calendar notifications is set to walking instead of driving or transit (the two options I use). Feb 16, 2022 · Calendar “Time to leave” alert disabled my “Time to leave” calendar alert is showing not available despite having location services enabled. The location map even appears in the appointment details. What do I need to do to enable this? My calendar is shared to iCloud and on my iPad the appointment shows “Time to Leave” alert is on.
Mar 6, 2021 · Calendar notifications are on. Location access under calendar is set to “while using the app”. My default alert time is set to “time to leave”. I get calendar notifications if I choose a time-based reminder like “five minutes before event,” but the time to leave events just stopped working one day. Not sure how to get them back.

May 8, 2022 · Time to leave for iPhone calendar events is set to "walking" instead of driving. i dont know how it changed from driving but how do I change it back? Hello JoeNick1028, After an event is created with 'Travel Time' enabled, you can go ahead and edit that event, select Travel Time again, and select the Starting Location.
