Money sadly doesn't ALWAYS mean quality service, the only guarantee is that you get to give your money to someone else.

Last night I gave up and just went to Netflix. With anime being such a large market and opportunity to capture loyal viewers/fans, i am surprised that Crunchyroll has so many issues. There are people who don’t have any issues, though, and it seems that they are either 1)subscribed or 2)using a PC/PS5. Reply reply.

CrunchyRoll and HiDive both let me choose the video quality, and for each, the screen resolution goes up to 1080p. The only advantage CrunchyRoll has is that the controls are more obvious.
Crunchyroll gives you tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of anime episodes for immediate access in far higher quality where, when available, you have the choice of dub or sub. Currently in the United States, Crunchyroll has a monopoly on most if not all of the most famous and popular modern-day anime due to its recent merger with Funimation.
