From dodgy CGI, a plot that is convoluted even for a time-travel-laden franchise, and dialogue that feels more robotic than Arnold Schwarzenegger himself, there are a lot of strikes against this attempt to reboot the series with a younger Sarah Connor.

Currently doing a Terminator binge and just watched Terminator Genisys. I saw that the reviews were rather bad but I honestly enjoyed it. Some of the dialogue wasn’t great but I really appreciated the spin on the original story and thought it was a fun action movie.
