  2. Hello you need to press F5 and write "devcommands" for activate cheats. and then you need to write env Clear for clear weather. Right click on the game in steam library > Properties > Launch Options > type " -console " in the text field. This will enable F5 [console]. Disabled by default otherwise. Cheers!
