Rudolphus Henricus Cornelis "Roef" Ragas (25 May 1965 – 30 August 2007) was a Dutch actor from Harderwijk. He was the older brother of Bastiaan and Jeroen Ragas. From 1984 to 1990 Ragas studied Dutch at the University of Amsterdam.
Rudolphus Henricus Cornelis (in zijn jeugd Rufy, later Roef) Ragas (Harderwijk, 25 mei 1965 – Amsterdam, 30 augustus 2007) was een Nederlandse acteur. Hij was de oudere broer van Bastiaan en Jeroen. Levensloop. Van 1984 tot 1990 studeerde Ragas Nederlands aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.

That same year he started to study at the Amsterdam Dramaschool, and finished it in 1994. From then on he has been working in both the theatre and film & television.
