As part of Income’s ongoing effort to streamline and digitalise services, from 15 November 2023 onwards, we will transition to full digital submissions through our travel claims portal for Travel claim submissions. Except FlexiTravel Hourly Insurance and Government/School Travel Programme.
Submit your travel claim online. Purchaser/Insured NRIC/FIN/passport number . Please key in the last 4 characters of the same ID number that you used when you purchased the travel plan, e.g. S1234567A
Complete the claim form and refer to the claim matrix for supporting documents required. Get the authorised personnel to endorse on the claim form before you submit the claim. Email the completed claim form with the relevant supporting documents to govclaim@income.com.sg to file your claim.

Making a Travel Claim. The documents required for the various types of claims are: Personal Accident Benefit. Police Report. Medical Report (for permanent disability) Death certificate, autopsy report, coroner's findings (death claim) Please provide proof of relationship between insured and claimant. Medical Expenses.
