David Crabb (December 13, 1974 - ) is an American actor and writer. He was born in San Antonio, Texas and lived there until the middle of high school, when he moved to Seguin, Texas. His experiences of being a "gay Goth teen in South Texas" were chronicled in his 2011 autobiographical one-man show, Bad Kid.
David Crabb is Professor of Statistics and Vision Research and he joined City University London in 2005. David gained degrees in Mathematics and Statistics at Oxford and Sheffield before completing a PhD in Visual Science in 1996.
DAVID CRABB is an LA-based performer, writer and member of The Groundlings main company. His solo show Bad Kid was named a New York Times Critics' Pick. Bad Kid the memoir was released in 2015 by Harper Perennial.
