James Earl Graves Jr. (born 1953) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
In 2002 Graves was the overall World Cup Skeet Champion. He also won gold at the 1997 Championship of the Americas. In 2012 Graves was appointed the US national team shotgun coach.
