  6. Doesn’t sound like the union is minding the shop, I’d talk to the steward and if that goes nowhere kick it up to your delegate or even an officer at the local. I’m not in a trade tho, so I don’t know exactly want the rules are or how to handle that, I just know they couldn’t get away with that at my Teamster shop.
