Djordje Petrovic became a Chelsea player when he signed from MLS side New England Revolution during the final weekend of August 2023. The Serbian international goalkeeper agreed a seven-year contract with a club option of a further year, and in the second half of his debut season he established himself as first-choice between the posts.
