And So I Watch You from Afar is a Northern Irish instrumental rock band from Belfast, composed of guitarists Rory Friers and Niall Kennedy, bassist Ewen Friers and drummer Chris Wee. The band released two albums with former member Tony Wright, who was replaced by Niall Kennedy in 2011.

Rory Friers was born on the 7th September 1983 in Northern Ireland. Best known as guitarist and principle songwriter of instrumental rock band 'And So I Watch You From Afar' (ASIWYFA). Rory moved into the film scoring world with David Freyne's debut feature length movie 'The Cured' starring Ellen Page, Sam Keeley and Tom Vaughan-Lawlor.
