KIM Jong-kwan, born in 1975, graduated from the Seoul Institute of Arts in film. Starting in 2001, he has directed a large number of short films, including <How to Operate a Polaroid Camera> (2004), which featured a then still unknown actress by the name of JUNG Yu-mi.
