雷頌德 （英語： Mark Lui Chung-tak ，1969年7月9日 — ）， 香港 男流行音樂創作人，出生於香港，中學時期往 英國 留學，大學時期修讀 土木工程 ，1992年畢業後回香港發展事業，曾經是樂隊 Dry 成員，其後主要從事幕後製作，出道至今已為樂壇創作及監製不少的歌曲，除了成為黎明和陳慧琳的御用創作人之外 [2] ，亦創作出多首紅遍全港的作品，例如 梁漢文 的《七友》、 楊千嬅 的《 小城大事 》等年度大熱作品 [3] ，並為 東亞唱片（製作） （Amusic）的 董事 及 寰亞傳媒集團 的A&R Director，其著名作品包括 黎明 的《 情深說話未曾講 》、 陳慧琳 的《風花雪》及《花花宇宙》等 [4] ，他除了是一名音樂人外，還是一名時裝設計師及室內設計師。
