PROFILE. Shigeaki Kubo was born in 1973. He visited the production sites of promo videos and commercials since his school days. There he met Eiki Takahashi and started to study under him. In 1997, he joined the film production company Krampus. From 2002 he worked as a freelancer.

High&Low The Worst is a 2019 Japanese action film directed by Shigeaki Kubo. With collaboration with Hiroshi Takahashi's manga Worst, it told the stories of the war between Oya Koukou (Oya High School) from the world of High&Low and Housen Academy from the world of Worst and Crows.
