Erlom Akhvlediani (Georgian: ერლომ ახვლედიანი; 23 November 1933 – 20 March 2012) was a Georgian novelist and scriptwriter. Akhvlediani was born in Tbilisi and graduated from Tbilisi State University in 1957, majoring in history.

Erlom Akhvlediani is the author of three novels and numerous short stories. His works are translated and published in Russian, Armenian, Czech, German, Hungarian and Arabic languages. Erlom Akhvlediani received the USSR State Prize and several literary prizes, Literary Award SABA for the Best Novel of the Year (2011) among them.
