Youngjoo Suh received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics engineering from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea, in 1991 and 1993, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communications engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2006.
