Tierney Sutton (born June 28, 1963) is an American jazz singer. Career. Sutton was born in Omaha, Nebraska, but grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, and attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston. [1]

Apr 14, 2024 · Tierney Sutton: – I grew in Milwaukee Wisconsin and discovered jazz when I was 19 years old. I was a singing waitress in Green Lake Wisconsin and there was good jazz trio playing near where I worked. The singer/pianist was named Mary Jaye and she was wonderful.
