JJ OSBUN. J.J. Osbun is president of Monarex Hollywood and an award-winning filmmaker. He built Monarex’s production arm and produced much of the Mysterious China Series. Since helming the company in 2021, J.J. has been shifting toward a more diversified slate of projects.

Squall Films and Monarex Hollywood are releasing the first movie produced by P. Tavares and JJ Osbun. In November of 2020, Tavares sent a screenplay to Osbun for notes. Four months later production began and now, one year later, the film is complete.
