Stuart E. Rawitt is a resident of Los Angeles, California. On July 15, 2010, Rawitt entered into a consent judgment permanently barring him from violating Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 15(a) of the Exchange Act. See SEC v.
