Sep 18, 2019 · Sara Risher had found the book for me, and it’s about growing up in the 50s, which Bill and I had done. I grew up in Detroit and Bill grew up in Scranton, which is pretty close to the same thing. I had a lot of fun making a movie with all these kids, and I’m very proud of it.
