Nobuko Toda (戸田信子) is a Japanese musician who has helped compose soundtracks for various games in the Metal Gear series. She also worked on an arrangement of "Snake Eater" in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, which features Solid Snake as a playable fighter, and did a remix of the Koopalings theme.
