lynn shore is an absolute beautiful place to bring the family for a nice walk along the beach. there is a spot right down the middle where you can actually bring a blanket and have a picnic. The place is just great and has this almost modern feel too it, even though it has been here for ever.

Lynn Shores (September 22, 1893 – December 28, 1949) was an American film director. Shores was born on September 22, 1893, in Binghamton, New York, and is best known for directing Sally's Shoulders (1928), A Million to One (1936) and Here's Flash Casey (1938). Lynn died on December 28, 1949, in Los Angeles, California.
Lynn Shore Reservation is a protected coastal reservation in the city of Lynn, Massachusetts. It includes 22 acres (8.9 ha) of beaches and recreational areas. From north to south, King's Beach, Red Rock Park and Lynn Beach are located along Lynn Shore Drive and Nahant Bay, a small bay of the Atlantic.
Overview. The reservation is open year-round, but summer is the time to visit and escape the heat. Enjoy swimming in the ocean, launch your boat, or sunbathe on the beach. Hours. Sunrise to sunset. Parking. Daily parking fees at Nahant Beach, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m (May 25 - October 14)

Composed of a two-lane road, parkland, a seaside pedestrian esplanade, and a seawall, Lynn Shore Drive runs for approximately one mile (1.6 km) along Lynn's Atlantic Ocean coastline, following the upland boundary of the adjoining Lynn Shore Reservation, and connecting Nahant with Swampscott.
Mar 13, 2017 · Lynn Shore is both a beach and a roadway that is between Nahant, runs through Lynn and ends on the Lynn Swampscott line. Beach is nice for walks despite not having concession stands. Usec caution on the roadway both driving and walking.
