Sep 11, 2023 · The late coach Ian Harries loved spending time with athletes. VANDERBIJLPARK. – Mr Harries died on Saturday 9 September at 09:00 from cardiac arrest, after spending the last 27 days in the ICU.
ENDURAMAX TRAINING GROUP. They are coached by Ian Harries, a British/IAAF qualified coach who has guided over 30 international runners and had runners in 6 of the last 10 Olympic Games. His best Olympian was Mbulaeni Mulaudzi who earned a silver medal in the 800m at the 2004 Games in Athens.
