Lo Kin-hei (Chinese: 羅健熙; born 1 June 1984) is the Chairman of the Democratic Party and Southern District Council. He has been a Southern District Councillor for Lei Tung II constituency from 2012 to 2021.
First elected district councilor for Lei Tung (II) constituent in 2012, re-elected in 2016 & 2020. Elected as Vice-Chairperson of the Democratic Party in 2012 at the age of 28, and Chairperson at the age of 36, becoming the youngest vice-chairperson as well as chairperson in the party's history.
