Under the pseudonym Gustav Holm, he co-authored (with Ernst Décsey) a play Sissys Brautfahrt ("Sissy's bridal journey") which was later used for the libretto of the well-known operetta Sissy by Ernst and Hubert Marischka. He also used the pseudonym "Homunkulus".
