Jan Vardøen (født 29. juli 1962 i London) er en norsk restauranteier, musiker, filmregissør og forfatter. Vardøen ble født i Docklands i London og har norsk mor. Han vokste opp i Irland og England. Han kom til Norge i 1988, og utdannet seg til trebåtbygger i Risør.
