Paweł Jan Mykietyn (Polish pronunciation: [ˈpavɛw mɨˈkjɛtɨn]; born 20 May 1971) is a Polish award-winning composer and clarinetist. By the year 2012, Mykietyn had written two symphonies, cello, piano and violin concertos, St. Marc Passions for soprano, narrator, choir and orchestra, some chamber music and musical King Lear .
Composer and clarinetist; won first prize in the young composers' category during the UNESCO International Rostrum of Composers in Paris in 1995.

W 1993 roku zadebiutował utworem "La Strada" na festiwalu "Warszawska Jesień", będąc jeszcze studentem kompozycji u Włodzimierza Kotońskiego.

Paweł Mykietyn’sSt Mark’s Passion, dedicated to Andrzej Kosendiak, was written between 2007 and 2008 on commission from the City of Wrocław. It was first performed on 8th September 2008 at the Witold Lutosławski Philharmonic in Wrocław during the 43rd Wratislavia Cantans Festival.
Paweł Mykietyn was the founder and clarinet player in the Nonstrom ensemble, specialising in contemporary music. The ensemble was active from 1990 to 2005. Starting in 1996, the composer wrote most of the music for stage plays directed by Krzysztof Warlikowski.
