Arthur David Kean (1882–1961), often known as "Cowboy" Kean, was a Canadian filmmaker, journalist, broadcaster, photographer, and horseman. He was the first British Columbia resident to earn his living as a filmmaker, and the first to produce a feature film, the ill-fated (and long-lost) Policing the Plains (1927).
Heart of the City is an American crime drama television series created by E. Arthur Kean and Michael Zinberg. The series aired on ABC from September 20, 1986 to January 10, 1987.
