江苏省广播电视总台（英文名：Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation，英文缩写：JSBC）成立于2001年6月，是由原江苏人民广播电台、江苏电视台、江苏有线电视台等20多个单位合并组建而成 [19] [22] 。 开播10个电视频道，包括2个卫星频道，6个覆盖江苏全省的免费频道，1个覆盖中国全国的数字付费频道，1个覆盖海外地区的境外国际频道；开播13套广播节目，包括5个中波、7个调频、1个短波；除广播、电视以外，总台还拥有南京电影厂、音像出版社、报纸、杂志、网站、学校等 [4] 。 下设广电新闻中心、电视传媒中心、广播传媒中心、广电技术中心、影视中心、网络中心、报刊中心、后勤服务中心和教科中心九大事业部。 1953年1月，成立江苏人民广播电台。
