Marisa Mell (1970–1972) Stephen Boyd (born William Millar; 4 July 1931 – 2 June 1977) was a Northern Irish actor of Ulster Scottish descent. He appeared in some 60 films, most notably as the villainous Messala in Ben-Hur (1959), a role that earned him the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor – Motion Picture.
Stephen Boyd was a Northern Irish actor who starred in Ben-Hur, Fantastic Voyage and other films. He was nominated for a BAFTA Award and a Golden Globe, and died in 1977 at age 45.
