Princess Carolyne zu Sayn-Wittgenstein (née Iwanowska, Polish: Karolina Elżbieta Sayn-Wittgenstein; 8 February 1819 – 9 March 1887) was a Polish noblewoman who is best known for her 40-year relationship with musician Franz Liszt.

Carolyne Elisabeth Fürstin zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg-Ludwigsburg, geb. von Iwanowska war eine polnisch-ukrainische Adlige, die besonders als Lebensgefährtin Franz Liszts in seiner Weimarer Zeit ab 1848 bekannt wurde.
Princess Carolyne von Sayn-Wittgenstein (1819-1887): Unlike d’Agoult, CSW was seven years younger than Liszt. Like d’Agoult, she was separated from her husband. Settled in with her in Weimar around 1848, Liszt did more composing around this time than performing.
