Bekim Fehmiu (Albanian: [bɛˈkim fɛhˈmiu]; Cyrillic: Беким Фехмију; 1 June 1936 – 15 June 2010) was a Yugoslavian theater and film actor. He was the first Eastern European actor to star in Hollywood during the Cold War , [1] and one of the internationally best-known ethnic Albanian actors.
Уликс Фехмију ( алб. Uliks Fehmiu; Београд, 3. јул 1968) је филмски и позоришни глумац српско-албанског порекла. Завршио је Основну школу „Јелена Ћетковић” у Београд, а затим и Шесту београдску гимназију. Студирао је Факултет драмских уметности у Београду. Син је познатих глумаца Бекима Фехмијуа и Бранке Петрић.

A Sarajevo born actor who enjoyed success beyond the Iron Curtain, Fehmiu built upon the acclaim for his performance in I Even Met Happy Gypsies (1967) with international roles in the west. These came in such films as The Adventurers (1970), The Adventures of Ulysses (1974) and Black Sunday (1977).
