Clark Carmichael is the father of Chloe Carmichael and a recurring character in Season 10. He made his debut in "Booby Trapped" and is voiced by Mick Wingert.
Clark Carmichael is the father of Chloe and partner to Connie Carmichael. He's a self-described "professional hero" who travels the world with Connie to rescue and care for nature and wildlife. His and Connie's appearance and adventurer lifestyle are likely inspired by the late Steve Irwin and his wife Terri Irwin, well-known zookeepers and conservationists.
He has a very loving relationship with Connie and is always complimenting her. They're also effectively co-workers as they always travel and go on missions together. Because of their dedication to their jobs, the two don't appear to spend much time at home, being out of the picture for extended periods of time in Season 10 and even important events like their daughter's birthday.
Clark and Connie love and care for Chloe and view her highly, maybe to a fault. They hold their daughter to high expectations and often express disappointment or become strict with her when she doesn't meet them. This is a recurring point of conflict over Season 10.
Despite his adventurer spirit, Clark is noticeably similar to Timmy's Dad in that he's easily disturbed or traumatized. A recurring gag of his is that he's always finding ways to get injured and/or knocked out.
Clark Carmichael is always seen in wilderness survival gear, including dark khaki shirt, darker shorts and brown wilderness boots. He has short, low cut blonde hair and green eyes.
